Net Library This could be very useful to someone who has a computer

at home and can take the time to sit and read from the computer. I perfer

to reading the hard copy of a book.

World Cat. We looked up the Wonderful Tar Baby 1953 addition which
was my nephews favorite story which I read to him many times. Ocean
County Library does not own a copy but the Library of Congress and the
British Library do have copies.

Library thing was very easy to use. It is a great way to keep track of the
books I have already read and those I want to read. I add a series by
Fern Michaels that is on my list to read.

I am not that great with some types of technology. This has been quite
an experience to say the least. I have discovered that I don't know
as much as I thought I did.

Topix I found this site easy to use. I searched the local news from the
town where I use to live.

Syndic 8 This was an easy site to use but I don't know if I would use
it again.

Technorati This was fairly easy to access. I found it very interesting and
informative about the craft of tatting. I think I would use this again.

I found setting this up fairly easy. I subscribed to knitting, crochet,
cooking, sewing and all general crafts.It was suprising to find a sight
for free which has access to many people with a common interest. It is
a good place to get news and information without going to a news stand
or having to buy books of patterns.It makes a lot of information
concerning a patrons interests available.

scanning a picutre

On friday April 4th I learned how to scan a picture as per thing #7. I found it to be
very easy and interesting.
